calligra-l10n-ca software package provides Catalan (ca) localization files for Calligra, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install calligra-l10n-ca
calligra-l10n-ca is installed in your system.
Make ensure the calligra-l10n-ca package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep calligra-l10n-ca *
You will get with calligra-l10n-ca package name, version, architecture and description in a table
